Deadline For Online Ticket Enquiries

By SFC Media time Wed 29 Aug Club

Important details about the dedicated customer service telephone number regarding online ticketing registrations.

Over the past month the Club has put in place a dedicated customer service telephone number to deal with any specific supporter enquiries relating to online ticketing registrations.

Now the season has started and the anticipated peak period for calls has passed we would like to make fans aware of our intention to suspend this service from 5pm next Friday (7th September). After this date, the Ticket Office will handle all ticketing enquiries in the usual fashion.

The number 0845 450 6188 which is used for any enquiries regarding setting up your online account will therefore remain open for one more week, so if you haven’t done so already then please take the time to register or amend your details before then.

Please call this line if  –

1) You are experiencing difficulties logging in to an existing account

2) You cannot recall your unique customer number

3) You are unsure if the Club already holds your details in the ticketing database

By taking a minute to do this, the process for purchasing tickets for future games will be made much simpler for you. If you intend to buy tickets on behalf of others please make sure you have their account details to hand so they can be linked via the Friends and Family functionality on the site.

Please note that the above number is for login and database enquiries only and does not provide access to purchasing tickets for any matches or general ticket enquiries.

For ticket enquiries please call 0845 688 9288

For ticket sales for home games only, please call 02381 780780 (call charges apply).
