Away supporters

Southampton supporters attending Saturday’s game at the Etihad will be located in the upper, middle and lower tiers of the South Stand. Saints will be playing in their home strip this weekend.

Getting there by car

Take the M6 up to Junction 19 before turning off to take the A556 and then the M56 going towards Stockport. Pass Stockport on the M60 before leaving it at Junction 23 to take the A635 towards Manchester. Head off on A662 towards Droylsden and Manchester and in around three miles the stadiums should become visible on your right.

Car parking

Car parking at the stadium costs £10 for a car. Minibuses, coaches and motorcycles are free. Southampton supporters are advised that the east car park is the closest one to where they will be entering the ground. Alternatively, street parking is available, as are unofficial car parks, though there are some ‘residents only’ parking schemes in operation around the ground.

Getting there by train

There is a stop on the Metrolink called Etihad Campus, which will bring you out around five minutes’ walk away from the stadium itself, and there are trams available to hop on if you arrive at either Victoria or Piccadilly stations. Trams heading towards Droylsden stop at the Etihad Campus and the Velopark, both of which are very close to the ground.

Food and drink

The selection of snacks on offer inside the ground includes hot dogs, burgers, chicken burgers, chips and pies.

Before the match

City Square is Manchester City’s fanzone, with food, drink and music available. It is free to enjoy and opens three hours before kick-off. Whilst all supporters are welcome in City Square, the bar area is for home supporters only. There is a cash machine located on the Etihad Campus, located adjacent to the City Store, in City Square.
