Shane Long has been confirmed in the final Republic of Ireland squad for EURO 2016.
The Saints striker, as expected, has made the cut for Martin O'Neill's 23-man squad that will head to this summer's tournament, in France.
Long is a regular for his country and was key in them reaching the finals, notably scoring the winner in the 1-0 qualifying victory at home to Germany last October.
He has been in excellent form for both Ireland and Saints this season, netting 17 goals overall, with his club tally standing at 13.
O'Neill's men finished their preparations for the European Championship with a home friendly against Belarus tonight.
They will begin their Group E campaign against Sweden on Monday 13th June, before facing Belgium and Italy.
