Following a hard-luck loss in their last Premier League away game, Ralph Hasenhüttl is optimistic his side can get back to picking up points on the road when they visit Brighton today.
Southampton head east for a big clash at Amex Stadium, with The Seagulls one place and three points above them heading into the weekend.

Having suffered an unfortunate 3-2 defeat at Manchester United in their most recent away game – followed by the memorable 2-1 home success over Tottenham – Hasenhüttl is hoping Saints' latest trip will be a more fruitful one.
"Sometimes I like it more to have a weak performance and to take points," he said. "It would be nice to get something there and the chance is there. I think my team has the quality to make a good performance there.
"Like in every Premier League game, you never know. If we take one point we take one, so it's important we have good support from our fans there and that they are coming and pushing us. I think we are prepared for a good game."
Saints, who have been without a game in three weeks, will face a Brighton team that has won their last two Premier League games, but Hasenhüttl has full faith in the strengths of his own side.
"Like always in the Premier League, you have to adapt to the shape of the opponent and try to find the right solutions against them," he said.
"They are back in good performances – the last two games they have won, and have more confidence now maybe, but, for us, it's about being focused on our game and strengths. It will be an important game for us, but an interesting one."
