To commemorate ten years since Saints were saved from administration by Markus Liebherr, we're giving one lucky fan a full decade Season Ticket on us.

All you need to do to be in with a chance of securing your seat at St Mary's for 10 years is to have purchased a Season Ticket by Friday 26th July. If you haven't already done so, you can get your season ticket here.

The thousands of fans who have already bought theirs are automatically entered, and we'll select a winner at random from all Season Ticket Holders aged 18 or over after the closing date.

Season Ticket for 10 Years Terms and Conditions

This Win a Season Ticket for 10 years prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to Season Ticket Holders aged 18 or over.

All entrants who purchase a season ticket ahead of Friday 26th July 2019 will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Additionally, each entrant may refer friends to purchase season tickets and will receive one additional entry into the Prize Draw for each friend that purchases one or more season tickets and provides the Season Ticket Holder’s Supporter number before Friday 26th July. All entries will be collated and one winner will be picked at random. For the avoidance of doubt, the number of Season Tickets the entrant, or any friends of the entrant, purchase shall not affect the number of entries into the Prize Draw. Entries are one per Season Ticket Holder plus one per friend that purchases one or more season tickets and provides the Season Ticket Holder’s bespoke code. There is no payment required to enter.

Employees or agencies of the Promoter and its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

Entrants who enter into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any other reason.

The Prize Draw is for 1 winner to win a general admission season ticket from 2020/21 football season up to the 2030/31 football season which grants entrance to St Mary’s Stadium (or any replacement Stadium) for Southampton FC League games. The location of the ticket in St Mary’s Stadium shall be determined by Southampton FC in our sole discretion acting reasonably. The use of the season ticket will be subject to Southampton FC ticket terms and conditions which can be found at https://southamptonfc.com/tickets/match-tickets/ticketing-terms-and-conditions and Ground Regulations which apply to St Mary’s Stadium (as varied from time to time). The Promoter will choose one winner at random (in accordance with Paragraph 1) from all entrants after the end of the Competition Period. The Prize Draw runs from Wednesday 10th April 2019 to 13:00 on Friday 26th July 2019 (“the Competition Period”).

Competition winners will be notified via email and/or by telephone no later than 2 working days after the expiry of the Competition Period. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

The Promoter shall process of any personal information an entrant supplies to it in accordance with data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

The name of the winner can be obtained by contacting the Promoter by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address below.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or liabilities, loss of earnings, injury, missed opportunity or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw. The Promoter further disclaims any liability for injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold.

All travel arrangements and sustenance required in order to avail the Prize will be at the cost of the winner and the sole responsibility of the winner to arrange.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
