Barnardo’s has been commissioned by Southampton FC to undertake a comprehensive and independent review relating to abuse by former employee Bob Higgins who has now been convicted of child abuse.
The independent review will investigate what action was taken at the time and what lessons have been learned.
The charity will reach out to anyone affected by the abuse, whether or not they have previously reported their concerns.
