It’s Paul Hardyman’s side’s first outing since their emphatic 8-2 win over Leicester City at Staplewood two weeks ago.

Sam Bellis was the star of the show with a superb hattrick, alongside a double from Kazeem Olaigbe and further efforts courtesy of Goran Babic, Jack Turner and Diamond Edwards.

Saturday’s opponents are enjoying a near perfect start to the new season, winning four and losing just one of their opening five games.

Last time out the second-placed Cottagers beat Aston Villa 3-0 away from home; Luke Harris with a double either side of the break and a penalty courtesy of Adrion Pajaziti.

Saints and Fulham met in February of this year in the U18 Premier League, the Cottagers winning 3-1 at Staplewood.

Jay Stansfield scored a double either side of the break, before Oliver O’Neil added a third just past the half-hour mark.

Turner added a consolation for Hardyman’s side with five minutes to go in what was their penultimate home game of the season.

The result meant Fulham were well on their way to finishing top of the Southern U18 Premier League ahead of the season being curtailed in March.
