Return to St Mary’s: Update your details

By SFC Media time Fri 27 Nov Return to St Marys

Following yesterday’s confirmation that fans can be welcomed back to St Mary’s, the club requires Season Ticket holders to update their customer details by Wednesday 2nd December in order to be considered for selection to attend games.

With Southampton in tier 2 of the government’s local restriction tier system, the club will be able to allow a maximum of 2,000 supporters into the stadium for our match against Sheffield United on Sunday 13th December.

Information about the selection process, how fans will get tickets for the match, and the next steps for fans will be announced following the deadline for Season Ticket holders to update their details on Wednesday 2nd December.

Return to St Mary's

All 2020/21 Season Ticket holders are being contacted by email to explain how they can ensure they are considered for selection to attend all Premier League matches during December and January, or how they can opt out of being considered for selection. These emails will be with fans by Saturday 28th November.

Fans that have already notified the club that they are comfortable attending matches, and informed the club of their social bubble, will not need to take further action to be considered in the selection process.

Any Season Ticket holders that do not attend a game, either through opting out of the selection process or having not been selected to receive tickets, will be given a pro rata refund for that match, as guaranteed by the Saints Promise. Fans that are selected to receive tickets will not be due a refund for that game.

Return to St Mary's

Some Season Ticket holders will have already received a refund for the Sheffield United game on Sunday 13th December – these fans will still be included in the ballot for attending the game and, if selected to attend, will have the refund they received applied to a future fixture.

The club requires information from Season Ticket Holders on who they would like to sit with at upcoming matches as well as if supporters feel comfortable in attending. In order to be considered for selection for games in December and January, this information must be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday 2nd December and is to be actioned by logging in to your ticketing account.

All 2020/21 Season Ticket holders will receive an email by Saturday 28th November to explain how they can be considered for selection to attend Premier League matches in December and January - if you don’t receive an email or have any questions, please call the Ticket Office on 02381 780780 between 10am and 4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or email tickets@saintsfc.co.uk.
