WHICH KIT WILL SAINTS BE WEARING?

Saints will be wearing their home kit on Sunday.

WHAT’S AT STAKE?

Saints and Wolves sit 15th and 16th in the league respectively, with the Midlands outfit winning one and losing four in the opening five games.

It’s been a busy week for both Ralph Hasenhüttl and Bruno Lage’s men, with both sides having their third round Carabao Cup ties decided on penalties.

For Saints, a mighty performance from Fraser Forster saw them progress to the fourth round of the competition where they face Chelsea.

Opposing fortunes for Wolves though, who despite coming back from a two goal deficit against Spurs, ultimately lost out on penalties at Molineux.

With regards to form in the league, Saints will be looking to build on their impressive performance at the Etihad last Saturday where they claimed a valuable point on the road.

In contrast, Wolves will be looking to bounce back after losing 2-0 at home to a 10 man Brentford.

TEAM NEWS

Theo Walcott returned to team training this week ahead of Saints’ meeting with Wolves.

Stuart Armstrong remains out, while Jack Stephens is expected to be missing for 10-12 weeks after he sustained a knee injury against Manchester City.

Rayan Aït-Nouri and Yerson Mosquera will also be missing from Wolves’ travelling side on Sunday.
