Southampton forward Mohamed Elyounoussi featured as a second-half substitute as Norway continued their fine start to the Nations League campaign with victory over Scandinavian neighbours Sweden.

Man City’s marquee summer signing Erling Haaland was the star of the show, scoring twice in the 3-2 win in Oslo.

Elyounoussi was introduced soon after Haaland’s second at the start of the second half, scored from the penalty spot, before Norway saw their lead halved by Emil Forsberg.

Former Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sørloth restored the two-goal cushion, while Coventry’s Viktor Gyökeres found a consolation strike deep into stoppage time.

It means Norway remain top of Group 4 in League B, and on course for promotion to the Nations League’s top tier.
