13 Saints Foundation fundraisers completed the Big Bike Challenge 2022 at St Mary's Stadium on Sunday, visiting every Premier League ground in just nine days.

The group, whose oldest member was over the age of 70, set off from Newcastle's St James' Park on Saturday 4th June as part of the nine-day challenge.

Cycling every day, they visited every Premier League ground from the 2021/22 season, totalling over 1,314km (816 miles).

Sunday 12th June saw the group return to St Mary's Stadium, welcomed back by family, friends, Saints Foundation ambassadors and Saints legend Francis Benali.

The group’s fundraising efforts have collectively raised more than £50,000, which Saints Foundation will use to help a wide variety of people in our city who need support during these difficult times.

The Big Bike Challenge 2022's official event partner was Wessex Regional Care. Riders were sponsored by DP World Southampton, Barratt David Wilson Homes, Ocaris, Williams Shipping and Away Resorts.
