Saints Foundation's annual cycling challenge returns in May with a three-day ride from Liverpool to Southampton.

The Saints Big Bike Challenge returns for 2023 with a 250 mile ride from Liverpool to Southampton, all in aid of the club's charity Saints Foundation and the life-changing work going on in our city.

Cyclists will cross the finish line at St Mary's Stadium exactly three months from today (28 Feb), with the challenge taking place over 3 days from 26 to 28 May – completing the last leg in time to watch Saints play Liverpool in their final game of the 22/23 season.

Riders will set off on the 250 mile challenge on Friday 26 May after travelling to Liverpool by coach on Thursday 25 May. Participants are fully supported along the route with mechanical and medical support, as well as refreshment, lunch stops and three overnight stays with breakfast.

It's all for a good cause as you'll be raising money for Saints Foundation's life-changing work in Southampton, supporting programmes that help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.

There are then 3 ways to fund your ride: Fundraiser, Self-Fund, or Corporate Sponsorship. Explore the options on our Big Bike Challenge page.
