Pro Game Academy (PGA)
Trails for the PGA will take place at the beginning of June.

U21s - Born between 1st September 2006 and 31st August 2003 (Starting School Year 12 in September 2023)
U16s - School year 10 or 11 in September 2023
U14s - School year 8 or 9 in September 2023
Emerging Talent Centre (ETC)
Southampton FC is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a licence to operate a new Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre.
Training will take place at Goals Southampton on Tuesday evenings between 5.00pm – 6.30pm, or indoors at Testwood School at 5.00pm – 6.45pm on Wednesday evenings.
Players can register using the link below. Talent ID sessions are on Wednesday 17th August.

Selected players will then be invited to attend the ETC, non-selected players will be offered alternative sessions run by the Southampton FC Global Team.
Soccer Schools
Aimed at 5-13 year olds, Saints Soccer Schools offer exceptional value for money, and the opportunity for young players to improve their skills through a structured and enjoyable coaching programme devised and delivered by experienced and FA qualified coaches.
Coaching Centres
Saints Foundation delivers Coaching Centres on Saturday and Sunday mornings, for both boys and girls aged 5-13 years. The sessions are delivered by our experienced, FA-qualified coaches and sessions will cover topics from the Saints Foundation Curriculum which includes passing, receiving and turning, finishing, 4v4 small-sided games and a tournament on the last week of the course.

Advanced Coaching Centres
Saints Foundation delivers an Advanced Coaching Centre for boys and girls across Hampshire.
The Girls’ Advanced Coaching Centre has a direct link to the Girls’ Regional Talent Club, whereby participants will be tracked and recruited through the Advanced Coaching Centre.
School
There are opportunities available for girls to play within school – contact your PE department.
Hampshire County Schools Football Association also provides an opportunity of representative football for females from the age of 14 years.

Clubs

Wildcats
The Football Association and SSE have teamed up to launch a new initiative, SSE Wildcats, designed to inspire girls aged between 5-11 to be involved in the sport.
SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football Clubs will provide girls with regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment created exclusively for girls.
